Rates For 2019

Sharing rate: From R515-00 to R540-00 per person sharing per night.

Extra person in the family room: R360-00 per person sharing per night.

Single rate: From R830-00 to R920-00 per person per night.

Children: Under the age of 12 years pay a special tariff.

Conference rate: Full day package – R330-00 to R360-00 per person.

Weekend accommodation specials and group bookings available.

Please contact us directly for a detailed accommodation quote or for more information on our special packages.

Accommodation check-in time: From 2pm on the arrival date

Accommodation check-out: not later than 10am on the day of departure

Early or late arrivals and departures – we will try our best to accommodate you, but at an extra cost

Please advise us in advance of any dietary restrictions (allergies/vegetarian/vegan)

Lunch and dinner are available on request and by prior arrangement, or we will gladly provide you with contact information of nearby restaurants who delivers for free

Airport transfers can be arranged on request

Child Policy

Important Notes

Children are welcome at Aandbloem Guest House, but we request that parents inform them of our “no noise” policy and to be considerate to other guests.

Children’s Rates:

0 – 2 yrs: Stay for free

3 - 11 yrs: R 260 per night, including breakfast

Baby Cot: Free

Reservations, Payments & Cancellation Policy

50% deposit (calculated on the value of full stay) will be required to secure a booking.

Once the deposit has been received, a written confirmation will be e-mailed to the client.

Payment for meals/drinks/laundry/telephone calls/shuttle bookings to be made on the day of departure.

After check-in, no refunds will be offered for shortened stays.

We accept credit cards, EFTs and cash as payment options, but regret NO DEBIT CARDS can be processed.

All rates include VAT @ 15%.

Aandbloem Guest House cancellation policy:

- 7 Days and more before arrival: 90% refund (10% admin fee deducted)

- Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund

- Fail to arrive (no shows): No refund/will be charged the full amount

- Early checkout: No refund/will be charged the full amount
